And he's supported by a great team... right here in Bellevue. This year, he has treated 3 members of my immediate family, all with successful results. A gifted surgeon who's accessible, and patient- focused.

Dr. Banda is a wonderful, highly knowledgeable surgeon. During my initial consultation and all the appointments leading up to my procedure, he answered every question thoroughly, which helped calmed my nerves. I underwent double jaw surgery to treat my sleep apnea, and the results have already exceeded my expectations. Even at just two weeks post-op, I can already feel a massive improvement in my breathing and airway. Everything is healing beautifully, I’ve gained so much confidence, and my smile looks great! I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Banda and his exceptional care. I highly recommend him to anyone considering this surgery.

A real mixed experience. Dr. Banda is a skilled surgeon. He did a ton of work to correct my bite and leave me with an excellent smile. I couldn’t be happier with the end result from a medical point of view. HOWEVER, the billing and reimbursement process through their office was an absolutely pain. It took OVER A YEAR with multiple large bouts of work on my part to finally get reimbursed for a sizeable prepayment that was covered by insurance (>$10,000). The office was rarely if ever proactive, every step along the way was like pulling teeth. There were constant miscommunications and changing totals, as well as passing the buck to “waiting on insurance” long after the insurance work had finished (which I knew all too well, as I was the one who did the majority of the claim work with insurance and handled any challenges therein). I’m of an opinion that had I not pushed as hard as I did that they would’ve just never gotten around to refunding me the insurance paid amounts at all. Seriously unprofessional and an absolute pain to deal with.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Banda and his team. I had a complicated jaw surgery and follow up dental work as a result of a bad fall. From the initial consult to the surgery and dental work, I received the best care. Even though the practice is out of network for me, I chose Bel Red Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery as they came highly recommended. Not only are the doctors talented surgeons, they insist on meticulous attention to detail from the entire staff.

I had one family member get her wisdom, teeth pulled, and had a great experience. (minus some confusion with billing.) I came back for my second child for the required consultation for a simple baby teeth removal. My frustration is that they charged me a a consultation fee (not fully covered by insurance), which was NOT disclosed when I made the appointment. As long as you understand fees, his skill was excellent!
